Stability Clause
Pre-Existing Condition Coverage
Only the Enhanced plan covers pre-existing conditions. A condition must be stable and unchanged for 180 consecutive days before the policy effective date, and applicants aged 60 to 85 must complete a medical questionnaire. The Standard and Basic plans exclude pre-existing conditions at any age.

What counts as "stable"
- No new or worsening symptoms
- No new diagnosis or change in existing diagnosis
- No new prescriptions or change in medication dosage
- No hospitalization or referral to a specialist
- No tests ordered or results outstanding
